The College: The College is highly active in explaining to newly admitted students the importance of the Syllabus, the wonder of education, the professional direction of careers, and its Motto, Vision, and Mission. The college has also decided to introduce each student to their classmates as well as the faculty, principal, teaching staff, and support personnel. Additionally, it is beneficial to inform students on the location and uses of the various facilities and ICT services provided by the College. 2. The Situation: Making the kids feel at ease in their new environment is the primary goal of this approach. The recently enrolled students come from a variety of backgrounds. They attended both Hindi and English schools. The instructors working there instruct students in two languages.
